Loser-y as it sounds, the worst thing about Nashville is not having a life. Somehow it's just harder to meet people here, harder than it was in NYC. So in an act of extreme desperation (it's that or buying a cage for Clark), I am going to post an ad on the Nashville Craig's List in the "strictly platonic" section. I'm not sure anyone in Nashville even reads CL (it's totally dead compared to the NYC CL). I suppose I'm about to find out.

I've been meaning to write you an email for months! How was the move? How come your last post was in January?! I'd be a frequent visitor to your little blog. Hope the family is well and congrats on YOUR anniversary!
Nashville CL is entertaining, but I do think a little slow. Finding friends can be difficult in a new place, I'm right there with you.

I live in Australia and I too have just moved. I was finding it difficult to branch out with 2 little ones aged 2 and 1, so I attended and still do every week, the local play group and kids kinder gym. I am not sure what you guys call it in the states but I thought I would share with you and hope it helps. I love playgroup because it wears the girls out and they have a great afternoon nap ;) Oh and P.S I am soooo jelous. I love country Music and would LOVE to live in Nashville, your living my dream.
